In 2008 I graduated with a diploma in screen and television and since then I have been working in the media industry in Australia and Hong Kong.
For 5 years I worked in Hong Kong for an NGO as the Media Coordinator and traveled throughout Asia. I had many opportunities to film under extreme circumstances and I adapted quickly to working in a cross-cultural environment where flexibility, good communication and being resourceful are key. Hong Kong is also where I met my Dutch wife Mirjam and where our son Noah was born.
In 2014 we moved back to the land down under and I founded Flow Media. The experience of working in different cultures and contexts definitely increased my appreciation of visual design as it easily crosses many barriers. In Australia our daughter Hadassah joined our little family.
In the summer of 2019 we settled down in the Netherlands, close to our Dutch family in the Kop van Noord-Holland.
Mosh stands for Mirjam and Josh, it was our nickname in Hong Kong. Mosh Media is therefore a fusion of down under, the east and the west. A combination of expertise, flexibility and a down to earth attitude.
